My piano pieces disappeared/ I did not receive my credits

  1. Please check whether you have accidentally created two account. If you used your email address and a password to sign in originally, then please use the same method whenever you log into your account. Using Google sign in instead will result in a second account being created.
  2. Check if you received a receipt email for your purchase (please check your Spam Section as well)
